I have to say, I was disappointed by Patryk's entry into the BBRC. Much better than Taile's, honestlly, but still very messy.

Yeah, it was pretty hard to photograph though. Considering that there's tons of stuff held up by clear stands, and none of those stands are connected to the ground. And considering that I had to carry it downstairs to take photos :P

Trying to turn on my laptop to build more of that truck....

Ah.

I'm still building X...

Here is my disturbed storyline for the MOC.

Few know anything of the entity titled: "X." Those who do know little.

And that entity makes sure it stays that way.

Anyone who spreads talk of the mysterious being - many who even dare speak his name - doesn't live for much longer. He is properly titled the "Brother of Destruction."

I know some about this "X." I'm going to tell you here what I know. I know what's coming. And when he destroys me...all the suffering of this burden will end...

He's coming. I know he is. His anger is shaking my world. I dared to speak his name. I promised to tell you what I know.

A vow I cannot break. He will only kill me anyway. I might as well tell you what I can. When I can. While I can. While I'm still alive.

X was always a creature of horror. Raised by his father and mother until they were killed, then brought into the hands of a monster. He lived with a brother, a brother who lived a hint of goodwill in his heart.

A brother he hated.

So, the entity, "X," warned his guardian that his bother may be plotting to destroy him. The guardian abandoned X's brother. A being known as Deaskuth.

X was trained and raised by a vile warrior that called him his nephew.

I know that X has no hope of turning from the vile warrior and his guardian. Deaskuth is our only hope.

But I fear he is slipping from us. Drawing back to his brother. It's only a matter of time before we discover what he will do...

He's coming. He's very near. I can hear the buzzing of his anger. I can feel his rage.

But I will not stop. For the sake of exposing this monster.

X wanted to have answers. As vicious as he was, he was curious. He wanted to know what had happened to his mother and father. Who they were.

So he stopped at nothing to recover what had happened. He tortured others at random to see if they had information for him. If they didn't - they were killed. Brutally.

He didn't become informed. What he did become was a vile, evil beast. And that is what he is today.

*BRRZZP* *Static*

He'0045s coming for me. 0093I ca56n tell th167at he is angry. *Crackle* I'm b56657001eing jammed. I2567 can fee89l his po*muttering indistinguishable sounds*

I'm as good as883928 dea777710 *Crackle*d...

Pain. Pain beyond pain. My soul is being reaped. I cannot see what they do not wish for me to see. Flashes of red dance in my limited vision. Oh, please, make it stop! I never expected this.

I thought it would be quick.

I was mortally wrong.

End it all. Kill me now! Death is nothing to this! Heat is searing me, yet I still am soaked in ice cold sweat.

"He" is brutally tearing me apart. X has come to rip me. To tear me. Agony is reaping me. My soul is fading. Pain. Please. I beg you. Give me death. Death is near, but not near enough. I am burning. Invisible, burning metal rods are searing me. I can fell nothing but agony. I am in the grasp of X.

Vision is gone. I can see nothing.

And suddenly, it all stops. I feel wonderful. I feel a peculiar sensation, as if I'm floating.

And I know now, It is all over...

True...Well, it's all part of my plot. I'm only admitting this to you. I only want you to know, and for it to be a surprise.

My grand scheme of things is to really never stay with one faction. It's my character's personality. He never STAYS with a faction. Mythron is next after Nerogue.

I tried to PM Kai about a deal in LOM, but he didn't respond and I doubt he got the message. (in which case could you ask him if he's interested in teaming up with Mythron to take out Nerogue in Attack and Fortify, considering that Nerogue is so far ahead of both of our factions?)

Sup?

So, in the Contest Group in two weeks we'll be starting something new. It's sort of an LOM style game, but city themed and in the near future. The basic story is that there's an evil being that is trying to destroy creativity, and the members of the group enter various contests to try to stop it.
Would you be interested in being part of the staff (city council) for the game?

Possibly. :P

Thanks. I've been writing. If you have the time to read this, would you give me some feedback?

It's a bit violent. :P

Emilio pulled on his battle helmet and slipped down the dark visor, completely concealing his face. He locked his shoulder pads onto his thick armor and picked up his sniper rifle. He looked out the small viewport on the side of the aircraft he was traveling in.
“Sir!” the pilot cried from the cockpit. “We’ve reached our destination.” Emilio smiled grimly behind his visor. This was going to be a tough mission. He nodded to Dmitri and Celtus, the other two members on his Commando Squad. They stepped into the cockpit after him. The pilot, a man named Felgn, pointed a massive, bright dome among the clumps of gnarled dead trees and the large boulders scattered along the terrain. The ruins of old metal frameworks of destroyed buildings were lined outside the dome.
“That’s it,” Celtus confirmed. “Where do we get off?”
“It will have to be a distance away, if you wish to get inside stealthily,” Felgn told him. Dmitri scanned the area.
“There.” He pointed to a well-covered corner on the luscious landscape. Felgn nodded, approving. He steered the vessel around the dome and landed softly behind the cover of the boulders and trees. The doors to the craft opened and the three Commandos stepped out into the night.
“Good luck,” Felgn whispered. “I’ll be back near the ruins of the EMP Building when you’re out.” Emilio nodded, knowing the “Enterprises of Mark Palmor Building” well. Felgn closed the doors and the ship silently lifted off. He flew over the dome, and towards the EMP Building.
Abruptly, a deafening BOOM rang through the region, and a burst of light exploded from the top of the dome and struck the aircraft. The vehicle exploded, and the flaming wreckage careened through the air and collided with a side of the enormous dome. The section of the building detonated, showering the entire area in bits of flaming debris and metal.
“Well,” Emilio said grimly. “I suppose that means they know we’re here.” Dmitri nodded in response, still gazing in horror at the wreckage of their transport.
“But they don’t know when we plan on striking…or where we’ll strike,” Celtus pointed out. “Let’s do this.”

Emilio silently stepped into the dome. Excellent, he thought. So far, so good. He’d managed to deactivate the cameras and alarm outside the dome with a small but effective hacking device Felgn had supplied him with. He’d also been able to take out the four guards outside the main entrance with his glowing, single pronged energy blade. He slipped the sword back into the sheath hanging from his chest armor. He quietly climbed the steps in the corner of the dark room he’d stepped into.
Emilio had no idea where he was going, but he knew that he needed to get to the prison chamber. He didn’t dare turn on the lights in the room, knowing he would give himself away to any other guards here. He slipped into a small side room as he heard rapid footsteps approaching. He turned around and cried out.
Two men dressed in identical black armor stood staring at him. The footsteps stopped for a moment, and then another man leapt into the room. So much for secrecy. Emilio drew his glowing orange sword again and struck out at one of the first guards. Luckily, he had been caught off guard and the blade sliced his chest. He gasped and tumbled to the ground without a chance to draw his own weapon.
The next two guards weren’t as easy to take down. Emilio jabbed at one, but the man sidestepped and drew a small pistol from his holster. Emilio lunged again, but then in mid-move whirled and stabbed at the third man. The sentry stumbled, but didn’t fall. He just looked angry. He slammed Emilio back into the other man, but the Commando was expecting the move. He spun with lightning speed and his sword drove home in the second guard’s neck.
He leapt back, rolled over the lifeless guard and shoved him to the ground in one swift motion. The last man blinked, but quickly recovered. He swung his own purple blade at Emilio. The Commando rolled forward, dodging the sword and lunged up, stabbing the last man in the forehead. He collapsed to the ground without a cry. Emilio hadn’t broken a sweat.
He stepped back outside and shut the door to the room. He still needed to find the prison level and get out of this place.

Dmitri was having no better luck finding the custodial level than Emilio. The first thing he did after walking into the dome was literally collide with a human guard. He staggered back, but quickly rebalanced. He pulled out his muffled pistol and fired three blasts at the man’s chest. However, instead of bullets flying from the weapon, several auburn bolts exploded from the tip of the muffler.
Shocked at his sudden bump into Dmitri, he didn’t have a chance to fend for himself. The lasers slammed into his chest. Unfortunately for Dmitri, this man managed to scream before he toppled to the ground, a look of surprise painted on his face. Two more guards suddenly lunged from the shadows of the room and crashed into Dmitri. He cried out, but somehow found himself back on his feet, using his glowing orange blade to fend off the men. He flipped back, and landed rolling forward. He sprang at one man, and jabbed hi sword into the sentry’s throat. He fell against the other man, who made the mistake of attempting to toss the dead man to the ground.
The slight hesitation was all that Dmitri needed. He slashed his weapon again, and the man fell back to the ground. Dmitri stepped back and admired his handiwork. Blood was pooling from all three guards’ lifeless bodies. A beautiful sight.
Dmitri started towards an exit at the back of the room. But then a guard leapt down from somewhere far above Dmitri. He didn’t have a chance to look up as the guard smashed into him.

Yes! Celtus thought, extremely proud of himself. He had found the prison chambers! He raced forward down the long corridor leading to the custodial area at the end. He sprinted past one door on the left side of the passage. Then another. He didn’t quite make it past the third one. Something dark and large hurtled from the doorway and crashed into him. He fell to the floor, winded. Standing above him was an enormous man. His bulky black armor had no arm covering, and Celtus could see his bronze biceps, which were ripped. His lower arms were covered with leather vambraces. No doubt they concealed deadly hidden blades. He gripped what looked like a dark battle axe with radiant purple blades at the top. He removed his dark helmet. Celtus inhaled.
He instantly recognized this man. His black dreadlocks were pulled back into a tight ponytail. His mouth was curled into a sneer. This was the Mark Palmor, the richest man alive.

It's the prologue of a novel I'm working on.

Nice writing!
I think that the second paragraph doesn't really work for me "This was going to be a tough mission" is a bit of a weak description, and the other two members could be described perhaps a bit more fully in some way.
"The pilot, a man named Felgn, pointed a massive, bright dome among the clumps of gnarled dead trees and the large boulders scattered along the terrain."
"Pointed to", I suppose you mean (might want to change that)? Nice juxtaposition in the scenery. I think the way you introduced the name of the pilot could have been better integrated, though, perhaps earlier when we first see him.
"The ruins of old metal frameworks of destroyed buildings were lined outside the dome"
This sentence seems a bit weak. (not really sure how to change it best, perhaps leave out "the ruins of" since it's implied that they'd be ruins, since the buildings are destroyed)

Perhaps some stronger vocab for the word "BOOM", it seems a bit out of place (then again, maybe not...)

Hm. I think the description of the weapons could be better integrated, it seems a bit out of place and doesn't flow as well as it could (also in general the writing could use more style and originality.)
Nice action. It could use a little less in some places though, break it up perhaps with some thoughts and things like that ("his reactions slowed"; "his heart pounded with each step" and such)
"literally collided"... No. Just no. :P Try different wording (and again, better description and mood)
"The first thing" is a bit of a weak transition, I'd recommend changing that...

In general I'd say more description and vocab and mood and style...

(sorry if I seemed overly critical, I've been reading Lord of the Flies and I still haven't yet adjusted to the real world, I'm still too used to analyzing every word and wondering what the colors of rocks symbolize and things like that.)
