Are Power Miners Monsters allowed? or just animals?

I haven't really paid attention to the new Power Miners rock monsters. I would say if they're supposed to possess an intelligence or culture like an alien species, or if they look obviously humanoid, then no. If they're represented more as dumb beasts, then yes.

YES!!! I am getting new pics for the ones with an orange backround too! please do not comment those until i do please! if you want, you can take some of the absurd ones off. That includes some like the really weird ones, basically all of them.

Has anyone created or seen Lego cockatoos and parrots, aside from the standard issue Lego one-piece parrot? I would love to make one but I'm a bit stuck.
