Alright fellas, I know I'm not an Admin, but there are a few things I would like to nag about. Nothing major, just for the bettering of the ICF mainly.

-Please do not use one answer or one question comments. As in: "What are you doing here?" and the reply being; "Nothing". These comments fill the ICF to it's max and makes viewing more valuable comments harder than it has to be.

-Also, US States don't battle each other. Again, I'm not an Admin, but the Second Civil War has past and gone. I believe Michael would agree.

-Thirdly, think before you post. Many times, people may get caught up in being valiant and they don't think economically or rationally. So please, make an intelligent comment.

-Fourthly, don't say you have a weapon that can demolish something with a blink of an eye without the feasible technology to do so or, more importantly, you don't even have it built. I know I may sound hypocritical on this, but everything I say I have, I have. It may not be posted, but I do have them.

-Finally, please keep all comments in the appropriate thread. In case of the "Statistics" thread, please do not make minor, insecure, and irrelevant notes if they do not need to be there.

In note to the Admins, if you find what I've posted to be demanding or if you'd like to add/subtract something, please post what you have to say.

@First one: That was a misunderstanding, it was a recon team mistaken as an attack.

@last one: Even the best of us get off topic.

I understand all of the above, however, simple notions like "No." followed by another comment like "Okay." fills the ICF with premature comments. Instead state all of your reasoning and concerns in one extended comment. Also, I can understand becoming off-topic, but please create a new thread. Reason being, most of the appropriate threads are devised to be referred to in later times; and when simple notions come into play yet again, these threads become overrun with nonsense comments.

Guys, I know this sounds silly but, I say we should go with the idea of UNE. I think we need to make all people that are active mods or admins. I have been a member of this conflict for quite some time now and am constantly having to wait for my comments to be approved. Now I'm not trying to sound whiny or anything so please don't take this as me sounding like a little kid acting for a mod position. I would also like to thank the admins for normally being around to approve my comments. But what if there was a case like when Michael and Jack were gone and none of the admins were around to approve the comments? Well anyway, thats just what I have to say.

Yea, I agree. All the active people should be mods so they don't have to rely on others to approve thier comments.

Hmm. There is a point there. There are some people I definitely won't add, and a few more that I'd like to give a few months to prove themselves, but I will add some more.

Obviously, the Admin-Mod-Regular ratio will need to remain in a sensible balance. The addition of one or two moderators would help to keep the chain of command running smoothly.

Though being promoted to Mod should not be just an "I'm active, let me have more power!" system. The people who want to be selected as Mods will need to stand out among the group.

This could mean things like assisting poorer nations, correcting/advising the decisions of others, keeping things in order, talking sophisticated and sensibly, and most important have an important sense of morality. If I was to promote a Regular to a Mod, those would be my credentials.

Well that is hard for most non-mods to do seeing as how we are the "poorer" countries. And the bad decision makers.

Poorer countries? Haha, with all the Columbian oil under your control you have quite the potential to become a major economic contributor! And if you don't feel good with your decision making, perhaps take a look through other forums and see where certain decisions land their decision-makers. Looking through old topics is one of the best ways to find out which decisions click and which ones don't.

It appears as though I have taken over a certain Bruno Vaiono's territory in Venezuela.
I can promise you I had no Idea that he had control over the area. I will give it back if I have to, then again he was the inactive one...
