There might be an easier way, but I do the following:

1) Go to your home page and under "Organize" click "Photos"

2) Click on the photo you want to add to your home page and copy the URL

3) Go to your Home page and under "Create" click "Edit your Home page."

4) Place the cursor in the "welcome message" box wherever you want the image to go and type the following:

<img src="

5) after that, paste the URL that you copied.

6) ...and add the following to the end of the URL (and insert whatever size proportions you want to the width and height - for example width="825"height="600"):

"width=""height""=>

Hope this helps, good luck!

This worked, but the photo didn't show properly.

when you say they didn't show properly do you mean they weren't where you wanted them, or you couldn't see them?

Because there have been problems across the board recently with all images not displaying.

that said, the problem has now been fixed.

I'd suggest providing a link to the problem page so people can see the problem as it is often easier than trying to explain.

the pics wouldn't come up- there was just a blank area where the photo was meant to be.- what do i do?

I clik 'edit' on the creation with the pic I want and then copy and paste the HTML for a pic. If it's new, I just put it through the image uploader and follow the other steps from then on.
