What does it mean when a yellow warning sign appears when you're uploading pics?

I think it means that there was an error while it was uploading. You can hit the retry button (the little arrows) and it should work that time.

As Cody said, its when there's an error uploading. Usually it happens when you start uploading without signing in first, or if your pictures have something wrong with them. I've also seen it happen when the uploader simply takes too long to upload the photo, so it skips it.
