And, could you be a little more specific please? Most likely the answer will be "no" but I'd like to know what we're talking about before dropping that hammer.

I believe that what he is saying is that he wants to make a creation page for contests.

I added a new MOC and I got 6 emails that said 6 people had commented on it and liked it. when I went to the page there where only 3 comments and 2 likes, what gives?

It could be they had commented and then decided against it and deleted. Just a possibility.
