I've seen some stolen mocs and ideas around moc pages, and they have got to be stopped. heres a stolen one:http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/186139
original here:http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/130226

Sorry, but that isn't a "stolen moc." Using a portion of someone's design, while it's frowned upon without giving credit where it's due, isn't against any rules. If that were the case, no one would ever be able to post anything because eventually EVERY combo of putting bricks together would be taken and the list of "credits" on a page would be huge.

Again, using something directly without giving credit is not favorable. This however does not fall under the category of "stolen mocs."

Thanks.

Sorry T.3.C.H but I'm afraid the mods can't handle that. That's a different website. That's photo bucket and this is mocpages

Sorry, but I do think that this is stolen:
http://mocpages.com/moc.php/32717 from this site:
http://brickgun.com/MP5/BrickGun_MP5.html. Tell me if this is allowed, but I think this shouldn't be allowed.

That's not the same moc and there's no way of knowing if that's not a site that he loaded that creation to.

While it could be argued that it could be a stolen moc, there's no way to know for sure in this instance. Thanks for keeping an eye out though! ~ Chris.
