Buddy Icon is all black?!

Okay, I didnt want to go through all of the topics, but anyways,
I was uploading a new buddy icon yesterday night and went to bed and this morning, instead of it working, it was all black. I retried about 2 hours ago before going to tennis, but nothing changed..
Can someone help?

Anyways, it is really just that you are uploading the wrong kind of image.

No its not
I uploaded a TIF first (Mac default) and it TOLD me that it wouldnt work. Then I resaved it as a PNG...
Im thoroughly stumped though :/

Just for future reference, you can look at formats for imagery as languages, and JPEG is the "common tongue." 99 out of 100 times, it's going to be your best bet, not just here, but on most sites.
