The Uploader won't let me upload the Title Picture

I was trying to upload this MOC here:
http://mocpages.com/moc.php/323389
when I noticed a mistake in the Bio: section
So i went back to 'edit' and fixed it, and i uploaded it again, and the picture wasn't there. So I then went back to try to upload it again, so i copied all this picture info and bio, and then the uploader wouldn't let me re-upload it. So if you could please help me out.
