For now, the Lock Topic button is a good solution but I want a delete conversation button.

You could just delete each individual comment. It may be time consuming and it will leave the conversation thread, but it works.

That is a waste, the topic is still there, it is just easier to lock it.

This has most likely been asked before, I think the answer has always been no due to not enough time to write the algorithm for it and see if it works. Also, who cares? Lock is sufficient when you have someone with the power to do so.

Conversations are locked rather than deleted so they can be referenced later.

As for "I want", might I suggest that "I would like" is a nicer way to phrase it, just for future reference.

Oh the irony!! A conversation requesting a 'delete conversation button', when that same question has been asked about 3 times already. Brilliant stuff : ) Now, if only there was a way to delete this conversation...

Actually, we need it for when people hit continue multiple times and the same conversation is created in quantity.

That particular feature is WAY down on Sean's "to do" list. Sorry, but for the time being, simply delete the individual comments and lock the thread if that's what you're going for.
