We already have 1 judge who is George 5th of the underworld, and anyone else can be a judge but bear in mind, they can't submit creations. Anyone who wants to be judge, submit your name to this conversation. I'm not a judge anyway.
I'll send you a message about what you need to do to be a judge if you want to be one.

After some thinking, I decided George 5th of the underworld will be the only judge as the contest is popular but being a judge isn't.
