Could someone answer my question?

I have a question about a rule. One of the rules is that we have to check out another creation at least once, but it doesn't say how often. I am not allowed on the computer somedays so could someone plz tell me how often?

Most of the time, when I view a MOC, I find myself too lazy to post a comment, unless I REALLY have something I'd like to voice. When I happen to be in the group, and I see something I even remotely like, I decide to share my opinion on it. Next time you find yourself in the group and see something that catches your eye, give it a rating and your thoughts. I do this every other time or so. After all, It'll earn yourself more comments, as well. ;D

I was kinda answering your question. I was saying that that's what I do, that's what I take the rules to mean, so Id suggest doing that as well.
