Well, not much going on. I guess we'll have to think of some more things Orson was in that can be turned into scenes.

I would guess Dr. Strangelove but not sure what the other is. Let me know.

Hi

Sorry I haven't been by for a while. Busy with other things. I can't seem to keep up with all the mocs anymore. I made a nice long comment last night and the site ate it. Bummed me right out. I'll try again.

I think that the HG Wells movie adaptations would make good mocs. Lots of great images in them. I once made a Christmas Card based on the post-war collapsed world of Things to Come. That's a great movie in many ways. By the time the concept filtered through me and an artist that I knew back in the 70's it turned into mutants and post apoc sillyness. Someday I'll have to scan them and put them on my blog. See. Always more much to do.

I mentioned Orson W to the guys in my movie watching group and A Touch of Evil seems to be the favorite. I still like CK somewhat better but I have only seen A Touch of Evil recently for the first time. We all agreed that OW's narrations were some fun. Start the Revolution Without Me wouldn't be the same without Orson's great narration.

Most of Wells work falls into the drama catagory and I'm not much of a drama movie guy. Unless the drama is in an expolitation movie, like the movie I'm watching right now. The Babysitter. 1968 babysitter and bikers movie. The DA office prosecuter gets involved with a babysitter named Candy and a biker chick blackmails him into throwing the trial of one of their guys who's up for murder. It's one of the movies in a DVD set called Drive-In Cult Classics. 8 movies for 10 bucks. It's a great bunch of movies but not for the younger crowd. Some of those ladies seem to have forgotten their clothes.

I'm more a genre guy. I like SF, action, some anime, Hong Kong movies, comedies. Anything to keep from paying attention to the real world.

Yeah! Who let Phipson in here? I think whoever that was should be taken out back and beaten with a rubber hose. I mean, come on... Phipson? Really? The nerve of some people... Oh, and rosebud was his sled. not to spoil it for anyone.

yeah, well I found about your group while sniffing around in Phippy's groups. I have to say: good idea on this one. I'ld like to add my War of the Worlds creations here, if you wouldn't mind?

Sorry but I don't think I'll take that offer. I have too many other things on my plate right now and I'm not a good judge.

I joined several groups and found that I have no time to participate in them. So i cut way back. For some reason your comment came as an email. That doesn't happen very often. Not sure why.

I've been liking peoples mocs. Keep up the good work guys.
