Smith, hands down. Tom comes close, and maybe Tennant... no, hold the phone (police public call box XD) Colin Baker. I honestly don't see why everybody hated him. He was funny, unpredictable, his assistant was hot; Peri, not Mel... I never liked Mel... or McCoy for that matter.. who do you think was the hottest assistant... for me: Nissa (yes, you tweens can say too).
