Building Instructions

Could some 1 pleas tell me how to put building instructions up, they have a slot for it but what do you have to do? could some 1 please tell me?

Brickdoctor -

I think you have to build your model in either LDraw or LEGO Digital Designer, render the instructions (using those programs), save the instruction file to your hard drive, and then upload them to MOCpages.

the reason i wanted to know is that i made my SpongeBob an LDD to c what it would cost to remake, so i made him again, 1st out of legos(which was already built) then i used LDD, but i cant seem how to upload the instructions, thanks though.
