Either Rex, Fox, Jango, an original episode II clone, Boba Fett or a scout trooper. And my fave vehicle is.... An AT-TE or snow speeder, or a TIE interceptor.

hmm ... it's hard to decide what my favorite minifig AND vehicle is, because i like sooo many of 'em ... but i can name a few of my favorite minifigs :

The limited edition shiney-chrome GOLD colored C3PO ... that were hidden in some of the 2007 STAR WARS Lego kits ... i have one of those !

Jango Fett and young Boba Fett ... that came with that 2002 Slave 1 Lego kit ... i have both of them. =)

Every Obi-Wan Kenobi minifig that Lego has produced so far ... five in all i think ... i have 1 each of them. =)

General Grievous ... although i was alittle dissapointed with how he looked, i liked the minifig head that came with Grievous.

General Vengence ... this minifig is definitely one of my favorite "customized" minifigs, because i made it and wrote alittle short-story (description) for him ... you can see him at http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/85138 ...check him out and tell me what ya think. =)

I would say that the imperial snow troopers are my favorite minifigures and the republic gunship is my favorite set.
