There is a lot of intolerance towards the infidels in their conversations! It made me darn angry to be confonted with the übermensch feelings of the pious on MOCpages! What the bleep does religion have to do with LEGO? After all Minifig's knees don't bend!

What is your view on the existence of such a group?

in cfol all the members seem to be annoying eachother with thier theories of evolution or who created what or whatever

Ouch, you guys are mean! I am a Christian, but I left the group because there was too much controversy in what they believe and what I believe. But to answer your question, they aren't about making LEGOs that have to do with "Religion" as you call it, but to show that Christian Moccers can be different from normal Moccers. (And if I may clear something up, I don't follow religion, I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.)

I see that this group has fallen into the same pitfalls that sooooo many other Christian groups do these days. But I still think that there is potential with this. Yes, religion and Legos are like toast and the study of meteorites, no connection. But, there seems to be several here just like me who do not follow churchianity, but do have strong Christianity. I think it would still be nice to share amongst this group, just leave the religiosity with the politics 'cause neither are wanted here. Only good fellowship and good MOC's.

I'm a Mormon and man you guys are missing out on some important stuff! I mean all you guys have is the Bible! WE have The book of Mormon, The doctrine and covenants, and the pearl of great price AND the Bible king James version. And those are all books about REAL things that ACTUALLY happened. Also, once Christ comes for a second time the wicked will burn and the good will live. The animals won't eat each other, (I'm gonna get a pet Tiger!) and he stays for a millennium (1000 years). But before all that good stuff happens a lot of bad crud will happen. And it's already happening... I am a Mormon and a member of The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. >:]And don't reply saying something retarded.

Thanks y'all! Very enlightening to see Christians, mormons, humanists and miscelaneous believers having a conversation instead of a discussion.

Did anyone spot this already?

It is a 1:1 copy of a Jesus statue in Kopenhagen by Bertel Thorvaldsen.

No matter whom it portrays, it is a great build!

Have fun!

Personally, Legos and religion? Does that really matter when it comes to what we build and how we talk. I am not cathloic but I am a christian. We can still be Lego builders and christians without having a seperate group devoted to it. Look you can join the group it you like but I think it's kinda pointless. Christian or not we all build Legos. End of story.

Some of the people in CFOL are hyprocrites. They say their christan, and there they are threatening people and calling people idiots for giving an opinion.

I don't look at it that way, if "All" I have is the Bible, it's all I need, and to know that I am saved by Jesus Christ. But I will not try to start an argument.
