Yeah, after my first small carrier (only three feet) i will make the enterprise. Ahh, a question. What is the best color for the flight deck?

After that, i plan on building a large scale pby catalina.

black? Well, i was planning on using light grey so lets combine the two and say dark grey!
I think that'll work. Ahh... i think i have enough bricks so im starting the big E. What planes did she have? I know dauntless and wildcat, but what about corsair and avenger? And possibly devostator or the remake of the dauntless, whatever it was called?

Yeah actually dark grey would probably work the best for the flight deack. Also during midway i think they only had F4Fs F6Fs Dauntless dive bomber and i think maybe the SBD Dauntless dive bomber and i think the TBF Avenger....cant wait to see it....are you ordering bricks from picka brick or bricklink or somthing???

wow thats alot of bricks. I myself have a fair amount of bricks although most are already made into models =) im not a fan of taking apart Mocs that i made. But i would say i have about 6 draws of lego bricks (that i organized by color)including one larger bin that contains random and unorganized bricks. But still my collection probably dosnt come close to yours :)

That's funny! -My MOC's rarely survive a full week intact! ;-)
Now that we have digital photographing and this web-site, I don t feel bad for tearing up all of my hard work...

Same here. I always have a list of things i want to create, so whenever im satisfied with what i make, i tear it apart and move on... i dont like displaying(other than on mocpages) the models i make, i only like building them... UHHHGGHHH... Im pretty tired of this carrier, and no progress is being made... !!IDEA!! I will make some good wwII mocs, and THEN, when my patience is back to 100%, ill start enterprise.

I scanned my brick set and now i think i am making a japanese fighter. I dont know which one. But it will have some grey in it, so it will look as if it had some missions under its belt.

UPDATE: I think my first fighter will be the Japanese Kyushu J7W1 Shinden, very similar to the us p-55. It was a radical new concept, but only two were built by wars end. I love how it looks, will look awesome in legos. First, ill do a small model, and then a much larger one. The color scheme was green and black, with a few touches of grey.

YET ANOTHER UPDATE: The first small, simple shinden (With no landing gear) Is completed and i have some pictures. Ill post them as soon as i can.

Hey there,
long time, no see. Recently, I am working on a Messerschmitt Bf 109-Z ("Z" for "Zwilling" - twin), a German heavy fighter project. Construction is done so far, now I am waiting for the bricks to arrive.

yeah thats why they called it the Avenger.
Only one of the five planes made it back, so the rest were built to avenge the first four losses.

I've got my mini P-47/P-51 all built and ready to snap pictures of it; My custom pre-WWII general-purpose biplane is ready also, and it will slowly evolve into Britain's best "what-if" fighter.

Hello! I know I'm new to this group. I am working on a Messerschmitt ME-262 right now. I am also planning a Hawker Hurricane, and am updating my P-51 Mustang. I hope everyone likes my creations.
