Phipson is the brains, as well of the creator of the MOCie awards, and the MOColympics, and if I were him, I wouldnt let someone so new to the idea take over. :) Maybe you can think of a large scale competition, as well. I'm sure if it's got a catchy name, people will participate, but it's AFOLs runnin' the show around here, and thats the reason so many people found out about it the first day.
