Maybe they could be used for the Morciaculture partly (would be same background as the valley's people).
I'm always excited for new armors, figs etc. althoug i must say, that the pictures of the new castle looks like a fisherprice fortress for smaller children.
I'm more interested in the PoP stuff.

I think, the most believable background for both factions should be in the Lion kingdom and the dragon empire. Here's my idea: An expedition of Azuran discovered a new world long ago but never came back, maybe they were captured by orcs as slaves and after their escape hunted all over the eastern continent until they found unsettled land in the south. The kingdom Leonidas was created.

For the Dragons: There was a cult of blue mage seperatists who disliked Merlin or were banished from the dragon empire. The cultists became the green mages (Lego kingdom impulse) and went to create an own empire. Today known as Draco Regno. Of course, the figs and symbols could be used in mocs about the western world, too.

Now we just need rulers (King against mage?), a reason why they fight each other and a fitting place in our timeline. Ideas for that or additional culture?

An incident like that almost sparked war between Britain and America in Puget Sound, back in the 1800s.

Before i forget: Do you think we should introduce unicorns as real animals/creatures or just as myth in legonian culture?
If they're real, are they died out, do they have magic abilities or are they just an ordinary rare subspecies of horses? Would be fun to have the Leonidas kingdom riding only unicorns.
Or their horses are just decorated.

Maybe a rarely seen species? Kind of like Snow Leopards- they're real, but there's an element of mystery to them.

It looks more like decoration, after all it's a mask, a unicorn shouldn't be wearing a mask I think.
btw, you can put other things in that mask as well,
like fangs, chainsaws, knifes, diamonds and who knows what else :P

But I like the idea of only one faction riding horses with that type of mask, it would indeed allow us to give these horses particular characteristics and/or abilities

At least it looks great to use this mask for my amazon cavalry. We could use it as both. Unicorns existed but are nearly died out. In honour to them, the Leonidas kingdom use them as decoration (the Knights kingdom unicorn shield could be used also.) And the amazones know to find some rare real unicorns in the far far west (Males would never get the trust of such a shy creature). Deal?
