It's all in the title. I see only about three or four other conversations. About half of those have been locked by the admin. I just added an older MOC to my page, so that I would have something to post to this group. I have never been in a MOCpages group before, so I am figuring this out as I go. Thanks for the invite. Attack!

Technically speaking, I'm here - however, I don't have any more planes or heli's to add, so yeah...

So, why do you think the message traffic is so low? I mean, there are lots of planes being built and posted. What happened to the other members of this group?

Ther are 47 members, and only two respond? Malllow, what do you think? Is the site dull? You mentioned that you have no new aircraft to post, but is that the only reason for being in a group like this? What about just talking about Lego aircraft? Or expressing your opinions about other peoples MOCs? This is the first group MOCpages I have ever joined, so maybe this is what most groups are like?

Ha! Well, I am glad you joined, most groups are better. And this one i will hope it gets more members. I am happy you care about this, but I can not do any thing about it.

Look, you already have two Admin's and one Mod'. That means you have one chief for every 14 indians. The last thing you need is more chiefs. Iím in this group, but as an indian only. You can count on me to offer opinions (constructive stuff, not MOC bashing). I will be honest and direct. Sometimes I may seem mean, but it's all about trying to be objective. Unbiased. I believe that an unbiased critical appraisal of a MOC is the best thing you can do for the builder.

We both agree that the message traffic in this group is a little low. You say: ďbut I can not do any thing about itĒ. Your wrong dude. You are the boss here and you can improve this group. First recommendation: QUICKER FEEDBACK. I joined the group on invitation, and tried for two or three days to talk. In that time, I got a response from two members. An entire month passes between my last comment and your next response. Who wants to wait a month for the next line in a conversation? Thatís why I dropped out of this group. I say again: QUICKER FEEDBACK. Attack!

Next item: FOCUS. I checked your MOCpages home page. You are in 152 MOCpages groups! No way! Either you are not very active in some of those groups, or your up all night posting comments (in all 152 groupsÖ). Itís no wonder your feedback is so slow on Planes and Helis. You need to focus your thoughts on your two or three favorite groups. If Planes and Helis is not one of those threeÖthen thatís the answer. Instead of doing 152 groups but only half way, you could do 2 or 3 groups really well. The name of the game is quality, not quantity. Choose signal strength over band width. I say again: FOCUS. Attack!

I know thatís a lot of griping, but for real, I am only calling it like I see it. I would like for Planes and Helis to start moving up the food chain. Like you said, this is the oldest aircraft group on MOCpages (and thatís pretty cool). There are a billion groups on MOCpages right now, and you want to be better than most of them. You have got to get focused on your group and MAKE it better. Itís not about making people into Moderators or Administrators. Itís about your group, and your focus. Attack!

Think of this as a sort of practicle example of SLOW FEEDBACK.

Just hanging out...nothing really big going on...Juuuust hanging out.

Yep.

Just...you know...checking. Maybe...the group admin has...you know, said anything. Maybe tomorrow. I begin to perceave why the other group members are not very active here. I begin to wonder: "Would responces be faster on OTHER groups". Hmmmm.
