maybe faction

as you may know i build my creations for a faction i made up but id like it to join in the the neos

could we come up with a story that a voltonian royal vessal was lost and crashed on neos soil and as the neos were kind to the survivors and helped them get back to voltonia that voltonia promised to supply the neos with its most elite units as mercenaries against neos enemies

it will open up some more stories and moc ideas aswell as the oppurtunity to overwhelm our enemies

I suppose that could be somewhat incorporated. Your empire would be in the GGWU, so you'd have to talk to Christian (one of our judges, as it so happens) to figure out how to register or whatever. The builds that you put in this group must be for the NEOS, operated by the NEOS, and fit the NEOS color scheme, but it is okay if you mention that your empire was the designer/supplier of whatever you make. Essentially, our empires would be allied, but not merged.

Independent factions can join the ggwu with own groups in the highest level:

they need a fitting background to be added in the wiki: http://ggwu.wetpaint.com/

And of course, they can/should interact with existing ones so you can support NEOS but keep sure to post NEOS-related mocs only in the group.
