Okay, I started this conversation to talk about weird and funny things (glitches) in Pokemon Games. First, say what game the glitch was in, then describe it. Example: (this happened to my sister)

Game: Pearl
A wild Palkia kept appearing in the grass, but it couldn't be caught!

Try not to add common glitch accounts such as a Missingno encounter.

I remember a few from RBY... one was if you saved on top of a cut tree and rebooted the game you would restart on top of a newly-grown tree. Also you could fish in the Pokémon statues in the gyms, and also down this swimmer's pants in Misty's gym (I caught a Krabby from that.... o.0).
Finally if you swam from the Seafoam islands to Cinnibar, this weird old guy would mysteriously appear on the roof. Fun times, fun times.

Ha, those are funny. Here's a good one:

In pokemon SAPPHIRE i was surfing on my kyogre in the water south of the league when after battling a pokemon and the screen went back to me on my kyogre, i was on the rock that was next to me so my natural curiosity made me want to go off route. As i was surfing i encountered an island 5 or 6 panels from where i was before. i jumped onto the island and went up thru a cave when just outside the cave door on my way back was what looked veguely like DIALGA?! I walk up and press A and suddenly im in Slateport... meh.

I once ran into a wild Ludicolo in Ruby while grinding for the Elite 4. I knocked it out for the xp, like the shiny Duskull I ran into.
