I started the main scipt, most mods and admins have had there say (including mwa ((me)) ) but im up the a bit were the eos have enteered a critical COP base and started to attack to kidnap gen warren for torture and to find out about the COP, i need help for this scene.

It takes place before the fall of the EOS. If EOS is in POAM, it did exist at one point.
