Yeap, Awe finally got me off my arse to start writing Serenity. It's been in writing for around...20 minutes, and I've gotten around 1 page of the first chapter done. This will be a big effort from me to make this the best book I have written, and that is an easy objective. So please, direct convo and questions about the production of Serenity here.
Think of it like a Q&A.

Awe will help me through this, won't you.:P

Oh, and speaking of him, you have him to thank for approving this topic and giving me most of the ideas for 'Serenity'.

I'll keep you all posted.

BTW earlier today someone called F** said he was you this morning.

Pointless Update#3
-----Serenity is going to be postponed most of the month of Nov, I am participating in the National Novel Writing Month. The goal is to write 50,000 words in 30 days, so that's around 1667 words per day. If this works out like it has for others, I could be on my way to being published, so this is kinda big for me.

Wish me Luck!-----

Bonne chance!

Say, what exactly is it about? C.O.P, right?

So what are you writing for NNWM? (I take it's not Serenity...)
Oh, and did the title come from Firefly? : P

So many questions. :P

(Too big :P)

WOW. Interesting story (the NNWM one, but also Serenity)!

What do you mean by Medieval 2009? And Future 2009?

Quoting Phazezorz .
Future 2009 is like...
You know, stuff you'd see in a futuristic city, hover-things, maybe a few flying cars, futuristic buildings, all that stuff.
Medieval 09 is like you know big castles, knights, horses, virtually no technological advances and all that.

Ah. So they had the year 2009 back then in your story? Or it's just like their 2009 of that era?

What it is is, In Every Dimension it's the same time, date, and year, just different in Technology. Let me give you an example

The Middle Ages were around, what, 1500?
Well, let's say that, in the same Year, another dimension, still in the year 1500, invented the car, while another dimension in the year 1500 were still nomadic tribes. The Middle Dimension, AKA the Middle Ages, would become the dimension we live in today. The year 1500 that had cars would become the Advanced 2009, and the nomadic tribe in the 1500 would become the middle ages 2009.
Got it?

Ohhh.. Yes! Thanks.

well, we COULD have had hover cars, etc right now, because this babbage guy invented the first computer back in the 1800. but he tried to sue cabbage grinders because he hated the music they, so they all came to his window and delayed his thinking. h died without ever finishing the computer.

stup1d cabbage grinders.

We actually do have hover-cars.
A lot of successful prototypes have been made. If I remember correctly, they can be bought by regular people somewhere between 2014- 2025.

Well, I was in a conversation with Awe and Phaze earlier, over gmail, and things turned to the topic of writing; now, Awe and Phaze are both in the NaNoWriMo contest, which means writing a novel in a month. Anyway, Awe used John Hood as a psuedonym for writing purposes, and Phaze mentioned including it in his NaNoWriMo project.

----If any of you would like to be in a control group for 'The Infinity Cycle', shoot me an email at serenity.phaze@gmail.com-----
DO IT.

I presume you're asking for people to read your project and liberally apply criticism?
Also, I didn't think you liked having your email address publicly available, but maybe I'm just confusing you with someone else.

Not too rare when Phaze creates it. And is Serenity COP related? I'm just wondering.

Serenity is COP related as it takes place in the 23rd century, and deals with both the UNE and COP, but mainly the EOS.

It's a breach, and yet not a breach.
