yeah i have my own complete design for COP troopers.

i think you can do both, my soldiers mostly have exposed faces, i don't use custom helmets but you probobaly could

However there are variations of the clone one. It could also be storm trooper etc. and could have different colour (yes Ima Canadian)arms and helmet as long as they're all the same colour of course. I think that's it...
