CoP Unlicensed Talking: Make the pain stop!

Quoting Spaztastic the Diabolical
I'm getting rather irritated with the old unlicensed talking's length. I couldn't care less that I'm not a mod or anything, I just want to be able to look around the conversation without the screen jumping around like a Mexican jackrabbit.

I feel ya, man.

yep, that's where everyone is at these days. I think I may have sucked out what little activity there is left in the COP (and UNE) group, and deposited it in the 23rdCU by creating it.

nay.

And lol at the new homepage music, I guess that's what Awe meant when he said that Tarsin music was much more cheerful than Earth music.

Final fantasy eh?

And I was thinking that what Awe meant by darker was more like the Modern Warfare 2 intro soundtrack.

Indeed, it is. Well, not "much" more cheerful, it's just the underlying tone. No one ever got through adversity by putting on their okay face, they got through it by keeping a stiff upper lip and carrying on. Then going down to the pub and doing more manly things like getting drunk and singing.

Look, man. Be patient. They'll shoot down our fighters if we try to launch them from here and the emergency coil array cannons are warming up. Just hope they don't nuke us in the meantime.

I vote for a spamming use of the TexasGunz and then nuke the planet. Like what happened to Caprica. In the meantime I'll manfully smoke a Cuban cigar.

You do realize that if we go around nuking the bajeezus out of planets, there won't be anything left to fight over? Interstellar warfare is about capture, not annihilation.

He's right, folks. There's only so many worlds readily habitable without the millennia-long terraforming process. Yes, it takes that long. Some of the earlier Imperial projects are only now coming to fruition, 5,000 years later.

Awe says it'll be done by the end of summer, he also says if it's not, he'll change his name to Awesome O Saurus the Failure.

I hate to say so, but Awe is all over that already. I'm not sure how he'd feel if someone else began to edge in on it.

As said it would mainly be my view on the matter, kind of like how Halo Legends broke Halo Canon rules it would sort of be a "Fanon-Novel" if you know what I mean.

So is Awe's novel like the story of the entire war? If it is that'd take forever... And does anyone remember deathball? Is anyone at all interested in bringing it back and making it into some kind of entertainment for troops to watch prisoners kill eachother?
