Welcome to Middle-Earth Roleplay!
Basically what this thread is for is a nice storytelling, but not like Never Ending story.
For example: I am going to pretend to be an Elf of Rivendell named Glani. Glani has long, blonde hair, and is equipped with a hunting bow, a knife, and a hatchet. Glani is wearing Padded Armor and hunting boots, along with a dark green cloak. "I unsheathed my dagger, and walked to the deer. It was a buck, with large antlers. I put it out of it's misery with two slices, and slowly dragged it back to Rivendell."
Now, I'll play a human from Bree named Hod. Hod is wearing a white shirt with laces at the collar, brown gloves, and leather shoes. He is equipped with a shortsword. He has short, dark brown hair, and a cleanly shaven face.
"I was travelling through the woods in search of Rivendell, because my dear wife had caught a deadly disease, and I hoped Elven remedies might save her. I heard the crunch of a single branch, a sound so delicate, and I slowly turned around. There was an elf with blonde hair, dragging a killed deer behind him.
'Speak your business' the elf demanded.
'I am seeking Lord Elrond. My wife needs Elvish remedies, for she has caught a deadly sickness.' I replied.
'Hand over all of your weapons, and I will take you.' he said.
I did as he asked and we started for Rivendell."
Now, see how I continued the story simply making Hod meet Glani? I described what the character wore, and weapons they carried.
You may have (bound to change) a maximum of two characters. Small suggestions could be making a MOC of your figure, sketching the character, or even making replica weapons. Have fun!

My character:
Name:Lansir. Race:Nazgul Armor: Special Nazgul armor, A black cloak, and a helm. Weapon: Shortsword, Morgul Blade. Description: Lansir was a previously unknown Nazgul. He has engraved armor and a half helm, covering the top part of his still-visible face. He isn't entirely evil, and he was unknown because he overpowered the corruption of the ring, and went into hiding, disguised as a mere traveller.

Might as well =P

Has blue eyes, a beard growing, looks like in mid-thirties but still younge and alive to fight. Not saying mid- thirties is old in real life. Carries a longsword, dagger, bow and quiver. As of right now is near the bogs of Wethertop. Also just think Aragorn but younger and not him ;D

I'll start too.

I sat down by the fire with a rusty pot in my hand, I drank the pine needle tea from the pot and put it back on the fire to keep it warm. It was probably thirty degrees out and I sat there on my rock, there was a light rain and crows in the distance, doing their thing...crowing. I sat up and scanned the area, it was early into the day and not to dark, not to light out. I needed to find food soon, maybe a rabbit will do. I got up with my bow and headed out to get breakfast.

I am walking though the cold wet evening. "why did I have to pick this night to travel" I thought. I notice a fire not far off. curious but wary I creep up to the fire. seeing that nobody is there I enter the ring of light. I can tell that only another ranger could have made a camp like this. "he must be off hunting" having some food in my pack I sit down and begin cooking a meal for two.

(Awesome lee!)

I walked maybe half an hour before I found a rabbit hole. It had my snare and one medium and grey looking rabbit. "Pretty good" I said under my breath, I grabbed the body and set up the snare again, I knew more rabbits would linger in this small wooded area. I crossed back over the very small creek while getting a drink of water and headed back to camp.

"This sure is a very beautiful place with light rain." I said merrily walking

As I entered my camp, I saw my pot on the side of the fire and another pot stewing in the fire. It was probably soup or something, next to the fire there was a man siting on a rock with cooked pork. Something was familiar about this man..

I waited silently.
