THe interior will have to be a combination of black and yellow, though.

Hey guys, thanks for inviting me / us and I'm glad you like my "SV". It's always a matter of the right bricks available...you have huge piles and in the end it depends on some very special pieces. Although they are quite expensive (as you have to pay the licenses too) I can recommend to get the Ferrari & Lamborghini LEGO-sets. You'll get cool bricks with many special parts, wheels etc. As they are made to build a car they are logically perfect to build other cars! When I get a new set I always build it at first and thereby learn some interesting and clever techniques. It's like W.W.L.D...What would LEGO do?
To make your own creations (based on a real car) it's always necessary to study as much pics as you can or - even better - see the car in person. However, when it comes to exotics it's not that easy. Best detailed photos can be found on http://www.motors.ebay.com/ - when you try to sell an expensive supercar you need the best pics to show your clients ;-)
OK, happy brickin' andsee ya, Jens
PS: Big Slipa Boy, your Murci's rear skirt is promising. But I think you should use angled lights...with round lights it looks quite Ferrari-ish.

How did I get the parts...well, with some bucks! Over the years I bought 1x the new Gallardo, 1x the FXX, 2x the Enzo and F430 Spider and I think 3x the F430 Challenge sets - plus some CREATOR stuff and bricklink orders. You see, that's quite a major investment. The point is that I'm 31 and I do not have to ask my parents to buy me the sets. However, I think it's not about money to make outstanding creations, say cars. It's about fantasy & "knowing your bricks". You did fine on your Gallardo and I think you will be better on the Murciélago...and a top car maker a few creations later.
