Hello there, I've been using a Brickshelf gallery, but I thought I'd try out the MOC site as well. I'm a newly resurrected AFOL. I played with Legos as a kid in the 80's and 90's. I loved the Classic Space, Castle, and Pirate themes. Now, I'm very much enjoying Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and the Cafe-Corner-compatible buildings.

During business hours I serve as a reference librarian at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I also run a few blogs - my main one is oldinthenew.org. My passion for years has been books, but lately I've been holding off on book purchases for the sake of buying bricks! (Hence, I've titled this site "From Books to Bricks."

In the picture above, the second house from the left (between Cafe Corner & Green Grocer) is a recent project based on misc2006's 4954 alternate model.
