I have 3 sons : young twins and an older one. So, I'm very busy and don't have much time to build. But the passion is always there and I will post again a.s.a.p.
Route 55 meanders through the automotive landscape from the past to the future, from city cars to racing cars and from trikes to trucks. It crosses railways and will be flown over by small planes and helicopters hopefully.
The name of this blog is inspired by 'Cars' the movie by Pixar celebrating route 66. And, the fact that I mainly build vehicles at scale approx. 1:55 the last Lego name for Tiny Turbos (called 4-wides on MOCpages). I now prefer to build 5-wides : it's more challenging, gives you more possibilities and is more realistic.
I also like other scales and themes. I play with them with my oldest son and enjoy others' creations on MOCpages a lot(many thanks Sean for this great site). But, cars are what I like to design the most. I Hope you like my collection.
