Prusso-Egypt is a comlicated idea. I'm working on it. :P

Government
Prusso-Egypt is a bureaucratic empire divided into several states, of each there is a leader and a legislature. Those leaders are at all times subordinate to the Kaiser Pharaoh, the emperor. The legislatures come together to form the Bureau of Technocrats, made up of scientists, mathematicians, historians, and other experts. It is headed by the Administrator. This bureau is also divided up into many other bureaus and committees, of which I have had not the time to think about. Overseeing these bureaus is the Tracking Bureau. They make sure nothing screws up or gets lost in the bureaucracy, and they are also the federation's judicial branch.
