I have no current MOCs posted, but am working on a whole string of them. Eventually I'll get them up.
Long ago, in a middle earth not of Tolkien's creation, armies of evil sought to destroy all mortal beings. The year was 97, and the kingdom of Morvaas was on the verge of capitulation under the onslaught. The only moderately organized state, the fate of the human race and its future lay within it.
The dark armies encroaching the borders, a knight of Morvaas obliged to safely lead a thousand denizens up north, and thence planned a continued resistance. The knight, Andreas of Tienn, steadily trained and mobilized a force fit to fight. As the populations of mankind sought refuge, Andreas procured shelter, and means of resistance.
Morvaas crumbled swiftly, save that of its capital. King Mathyas holed up his troops at the castle Rahlven and held the only ground left of Morvaas, but could not hold off indefinitely.
Hailed as nobility and deemed their only hope, the people of Andreas hailed him as their king. He humbly accepted the crown, and thence emerged the kingdom of Tyrrohna.
The dark war lasted the rest of his life. Andreas never got to see the end of the conflict, but fought for it through his last gasp. The hordes of evil were finally defeated at the battle of Kralzonn in the year 158. As he lay old and wrinkled, dying from wounds, Andreas at least knew mankind would be free yet again.
The year is now 281, and as the kingdom has changed vastly since the end of the dark war, it has evolved as the only current power in the middle earth. Troubles have come and gone. Three more kings have reigned and passed, "upstarts" and "usurpers" have plagued the royalty, and the royal house has changed. Along with this new age comes new issues, and as more lands have been discovered in the west, new rivals could become troublesome.
