May 1, 2164 - New Horizon City, WY - XO Tech Industries Releases New Summer Catalog - Petra and Condor: the names of XO Tech's latest summer offerings offer a few clues as to the nature of the beasts: "We decided on the name Petra, which is related to the Latin word for rock, because we wanted to convey the ruggedness and durability of this heavy mech. The Condor, on the other hand, spies from afar and strikes fast and hard, like a bird of prey," explains Baldomero Guerrero, XO Tech CEO and Chairman of the Board. "We are also excited to announce our exclusive multiyear service and support contract with Macrotek LLC, the Range's premier mech weapons supplier. Through this partnership, both Macrotek and XO Tech will benefit greatly through enhanced brand awareness and technology sharing." XO Tech also announced the commercial release of the VertiLift(TM), which is actually included in the purchase price of the new Condor mech. As the ArCon market heats up this summer, XO Tech Industries looks poised to do some damage.
