Our Story:
We started the Clone Wars as a full fledged legion. We fought on the planet Maridun. Commander Paal led us well, always ready to put himself before us. One day, we chased a column of STAPS into a gorge where 2 squadrons of AATs and MTT were waiting. We were dead! But Paal used the main body of us to create a diversion while sending Lieutenant Linoel and the rest of us away to warn the Jedi. They were all killed. Now we fight as a Recon Battalion and are the roughest little unit in the Grand Army of the Republic. Now, if the Commanders or Generals want a little group to skirmish, the 221st Recon is the right pick. We live to avenge Commander Paal!
