Hi,
I am just getting back into LEGOs after a long hiatus. As a kid, I built tons of stuff- 2 foot gunship helicopters, hovercrafts, aircraft carriers, interlocking spacecraft, robot commandos.

I got back into LEGOs for a short time when they first introduced the Star Wars sets. Then, I put them away for about 9 years. I finally decided to get back in and now I am starting to do some custom builds with sets as a way to cope with mid-life crisis.

I am amazed at some of the stuff I see here and hope to learn and recapture the joy and skill I once had. Unfortunately, most of my childhood LEGOs are gone, so I am designing a lot of stuff on paper or computer before ordering pieces from around the world to build my creations.
