Hey dudes, I'm Mike Bernd. I first started building Legos when I was a lad of 2 or 3, an I haven't stopped since. I joined the online community in September of 2006 with a Brickshelf account. After the great Brickshelf scare during the summer of 2007, I relocated my to the more trustworthy and interactive MOCpages, where are currently reading this. Microscale, Vignettes and Minifigs are my favorite subjects, though I am also interested in Halo (ima n00b lol), Steampunk, King Kong and Pokemon. My all time favorite set is 6195 Neptune's Discovery Lab, but I have a soft spot just about every set that came out in the 1990s.
Legos aren't my only hobby, though. I love to explore, especially in storm drains, sewers, old buildings, and especially the abandoned mental hospital in my town. Music is a big hobby of mine, I play the guitar, piano and accordion, plus I can spit a sick rap verse. I do have a band, and we classify ourselves as 'acoustic folk punk'. There will be a link later. I can be found at local punk and heavy metal shows, moshing and skanking about in the pits. I love photography too, so be sure to look at my flickr (link below). Well hope we are well met, and do enjoy my creations! Can't get enough Nermal?
