NXTLiftBoy Home Page

Hello!
Welcome to my homepage, which shows some of My Own Creations (MOCs). I guess it is fair to say that the looks of several models were actually designed by the LEGO company, but i always need to give it my own twist in motorising and remotely controlling these things, often requiring a major internal redesign...
About half are build from the single LEGO Mindstorms NXT set i have, the rest mostly relies on Power Functions. For most i have uploaded videos on YouTube, see my channel there, as well as build instructions on photobucket, so you can watch and rebuild yourself, see below for details and links. The instructions are actually pictures from taking the models apart, but should allow you to rebuild.
Have fun, and share and enjoy!

RCOffroader is precisely the new LEGO Offroader, but then remote controlled! For this modification you need: 1 small and 1 big power functions motor, an IR receiver and transmitter, and a few small parts, so either one of the dinosaur or the bulldozer set are more than sufficient to do it.

NXTLiftBoy Mark II is my second attempt at a forklift from a single NXT set. See "NXTLiftBoy" for the first attempt. This time i got rid of the casterwheel, lowered the center of gravity, and enhanced the looks. From my MOCs this is the hardest model to rebuild i think.

NXTLiftBoy is the first MOC from the LEGO Mindstorms NXT set i bought, getting out of my Dark Ages. It is a forklift, as may be obvious from the picture. trying to make up a catchy name for it, i arrived at "NXTLiftBoy", which later turned into my nickname. This suits me well, since most of my MOCs are from the NXT set and actually do lift something!
