The Legowasco Fire Department has been in service since the summer of 2008 with 2 engines and a tiller truck out of one station. Over the years we have progressed into an all volunteer department out of three stations. We now have 8 engines, 3 rescues, 3 ladder trucks, 1 brush truck, 3 squads, 2 ambulances, 1 tanker/pumper, 1 tanker and 1 rescue/pumper. We also have a private ambulance corp (Cortown) that responds to all ems calls.

I have to say thanks to all the members at the LMFD for the inspiration behind my department, especially my trucks. A tip for all lego builders out there that are having troubles with the way their trucks look, my department was not built over night, I have been building for about 3 years and I am still improving with the looks of some trucks. Just keep building until you succeed, then keep on going.

I am currently in the process of rebuilding some of my trucks, so stay tuned for some remodeled rigs.
