Welcome to my MOC Page. I live in Ottawa (Canada) and I've been playing with Lego bricks since I was a kid. However, my Lego town stayed at my parents' house when I left for university and was only reunited with my bricks in April 2007. Much had changed from a Lego perspective. There were new colours, new building techniques and new bricks: in particular, the tiles. I love the tiles. I love the modular style of construction that was introduced with the Cafe Corner series and the Collectible Minifigures.
Quimby City has over 360 citizens and is growing. It features the City Monorail (released in 1990, set number 6399) - I was 16 years old - and the Grand Carousel (released in 2009, set 10196) - I was 34 years old. Quimby City also offers a variety of amenities, including artistic areas, shopping areas and sport venues. I love finding new ideas for interior furniture - I find it a neat challenge to populate the inside of buildings with different pieces.
I'm quickly running out of space on my Lego tables, so my next big project for 2013 will be the construction of a Bat Cave that will be positioned underneath the tables. I hope that you enjoy the pictures I'm placing on MOC Pages.
