The 3rd in my vignette series. I promised a different vig, but I made this first.
About this creation

Don't you just hate it when you're going too fast to stop? Eventually the sled stops on it's own. You don't want to be there when that happens.

I like it because it's clever and simple. I usually go for over-the-top...Maybe I should try some vinyets...vignuts...scenes. Webster's, anyone? |

What if you do this on purpose?
Let's just hope it snowed a lot and there is a big mound of snow under you then. If there isn't, do you want me to make a vignette of you in the hospital? I won't make your legs short like Phipson would have. We're the same age, so I would have to have short legs also and that wouldn't be fun. It would look like 2 kids playing doctor and we all know what happens with that. |

Reminds me of this: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=309944. I like that it's not a sled, but a snow saucer, which is what we had when I was a kid. Going down our narrow sled hill you had thorny blackbery bushes on one side, a barbwire fence on the other, and trees everywhere. Amazingly, no one was ever injured. I got the idea to make a sledding vignette when I was sledding with my friends. (Corey and Lucas Keeney) when I didn't see any sledding vigs on MOCpages, I was happy that I was the first to come up with the idea. Then, while on brother's brick, I saw Rocko's sledding scene. I still decided to make it anyway. It turned out great!

I've seen and taken some pretty horrific slopes, most of which end up in a tree. Great Vig, I love MOCs that everyone can relate to. |

I used to slide down a hill, pretty sparse except for a couple trees. The catch was, if you didn't stop within a certain distance, you fall into a ravine. |

I'm one of those unfortunate people who can say "been there, done that" But still, sledding wouldn't be the same wihtout the crashes. Great Vig. Keep on building ~ Nowhereman |
