This has been a long time in the works, off and on for almost a year. Most of you will recognize the Outrider, but for those that don't, it comes form the N64 game "Shadows of the Empire". It's a Corellian freighter from the same lines as the Millenium Falcon.
The MOC itself is about 60% from a Millenium Falcon kit, and some of the construction is like the Falcon's (which I also have - bought 2). The rest of the parts came from Bricklink stores.
This was a tough ship to build (it's not a very LEGO-friendly design), but I think it came out great. I did tons of comparisons to the game guide, etc. As with anything else, the photos don't do it justice - or maybe it's the photographer.
In addition to my MOC's, I have a site for Star Wars fan films. There are some great films out there! See what you've been missing at kuatengineer Star Wars fan films!
Splendid ship! If you happened to have a blueprint or how you did it, I'd be overjoyed, 'cause my son saw your creation and he's been bugging me ever since. He's five and a HUGE Lego Star Wars fan. :)
Awesome ship. Six happy faces!
Definitely one of the better Outrider's I have seen on here, though I would have liked to see more shots. Great piece overall - detail and construction are high quality, and an accurate representation of the ship.
Wow totaly awsome, not a huge fan of how you cut up the plates but still a very nice ship non the less. I had one just like this that I scrapped becuase I couldn't quite do the front right. Glad to see you did a most excellent job at it.
