UUUUUGGGGG!!! you said you were working on a Turok minifig? ugg, so was I! oh well, i guess i'll give you my ideas. so, i was gunna use dark blue belt peice, with dark tan (Like xiaz's sig fig's) leg peices. Then, i planed on using the torso from the "Mechanic" from the indy "Flting wing" set. as for the head, i thought of black Xiaz hair, and i couldn't hink of the face. i hope i helped!
