L.T.A.H.E
About this creation
L.T.A.E
Light Tactical Artillery Hovering Emplacement.
Yes...I think I Have diverged too far from DF with this....But I'll get away with what I can. At least it failed the idea...so it squeezes in...just
Due to a Recent Advance in Dawn Forge Technology, Several prototypes of Hovering vehicles have been developed, the L.T.A.H.E being one of a few prototypes developed that went into service, even though only in a prototype test phase, proved rather well, except that the repulsor array is easily damageable, and cannot be covered, as it needs a clear line of sight to the ground and it is costly to repair. Due to this fact, these Units have been pulled from the tests, until a suitable means of armouring the displayed repulsor unit in the pods becomes available.
Like the way I made the repulsor pods? all it is is 2x 3-wide inverted dish, with a technic half pin with stud in between.
I got the idea to make the pods and the way they sit from the Ships in the MATRIX.
The way I made them sit. For the forward and rear pods, I made the connection with a 1x2 1/2 stud jumper plate on the hinge, and put a standard 1x2 plate in the other end for the pods to stick into. The main body is 5 wide without the little side bars, and 7 wide with them.
So, Mr. Kescenovitz....does this count as DF, because it failed as a technological advancement? Trans blue is the accent colour. I would have added a red stripe right down the length of the body, but it didn't go well with the blue. and I have no light blue 1x2 curves...or flat slopes.
So what say you?

I love it. You should think of making it full size.
Uh..it is full size.
Unless you mean as in a "real" life object?
Like... a real floating artillery cannon.
If that's the case... ARE YOU NUTS? |

What’s the scale? Is this thing the same scale as your shuttle? Is it a whole vehicle, or a little pack howitzer? Does it fit in your shuttle? I'm guessing no, but if it does, then that’s a good thing. If not...then make one that does fit. You built the cool shuttle, so now build cool cargo! Load, Deploy...and then Attack! |
