"Dumb droid!" -Jar-Jar Binks
About this creation
This is my second version of my LEGO-FX B1. This time, I've added separate movable legs and a backpack. I know the backpack is a little too big, but I think it captures the shape well. I has two studs on the back, giving it the 'LEGO look', and he antennae is properly offset to one side. Also, this custom battle droid is now the clone's equal, with a full 7 axis of movement. (neck, left shoulder, right shoulder, left elbow, right elbow, left leg, right leg)

Try making more joints in the legs like you did with the arms! That would be SO COOL!
Also try cutting of scope on the blaster, it looks more accurate to the real droids(or am I thinking of Clones)That's what I do with some of mine. |

What I do with my droid backpacks is get an all black little lever piece, then put it on a 1x2 flat tan piece. Stick it to the back of the droid, it looks awesome. I didn't do that because that was LEGO's design for a couple 1999 sets, and the antennae wouldn't be offset.

Awesome! Maybe I should give this a try.
I do have a suggestion for the Backpack: it's a little inaccurate. What I do with my droid backpacks is get an all black little lever piece, then put it on a 1x2 flat tan piece. Stick it to the back of the droid, it looks awesome. |

The head is not modified, the official LEGO version moves.

Can you tell me how to heat up a knife, and to awsome: the super battle droids legs are too strong, although heating the knife could do the trick...
I just used a plain X-Acto knife with no heating, and it can bee done to B2's...with a fair amount of patience!

I wish I had time to do that to my 20+ B1 battle droids. The legs, at least. And I wish I haf Super battle droids to spare so I could try it on them. |
