The only ones we have around where I live are the red and purple ones. I can't recall ever seeing a green and blue FedEx Ground version or any other model. I took the idea of the FedEx logo's on the side from Sean Kenney, except printed the logos out on clear high quality label paper.

About this creation

Angled picture of the other side. I was trying to think of a way to make the model stand out from any of the other FedEx Trucks I've seen and really wanted to find a way to make use of the little joystick pieces. The thought of using them as windshield wipers popped into my head so I stuck em' on there. I don't think they look to bad, kind of goofy but convincingly enough like windshield wipers.

This photo shows how the back was designed. I needed to come up with a way to make a somewhat accurate representation of the back and didn't want to copy any of the other models I've seen, so I decided to make it using some snot.

Very nice. My only suggestion would be to make it six studs wide instead of four. You can fit more packages in there that way. :-)

So that's why my Bricklink order is late, you've ambushed the truck and turned it into Legos! I really like the design, the 90 degree rotation on the back allows for some great details. A fairly accurate representation!
