My goal was to create such typical movie scene where someone shouts "It's gonna blow ! " right before a big BANG...
I extended the story a bit though.
This is also a symbolic demolishing of my Imperial Flagship which will be demolished for real.
I liked the ship but the thing with lego is that you just can't have enough, a new creation requires more bricks, if you don't buy more you're forced to demolish other creations...
Maybe I'll make a new battleship sometime, an improved version of this one but with better proportions.
This guy tries to escape via a gunport
Guns are flying everywhere
escaping the ship is all that matters
this soldier remains calm and takes the rowboat
hiding in the cabin won't help ;p
Can it get any worse ?
yes it can...
In Dead man's Chest the Flying Dutchman seems to appear before lost, sinking, as-good-as-dead sailors. If you saw the movie you might remember Davy Jones saying the Will Turner "You are neither dead nor dying..."
"One hundred years before the mast. Will ye serve?"
WOW man, great idea for saying goodbye to a GREAT creation!! and that fire scene is just so right! may be I should make some accidents goodbye scenes for my "on destroy list" cars :( can't wait what you're coming up with! ps. good to see the FD in one piece again ;) peace pal.. Fofo :)
Wow, quite the conflagration there. Nice ship if it wasn't on fire. Not a good thing for the resale value. The trouble with keeping what you build is it takes up space and you always need more bricks. Keeping digital versions is almost as good. see ya. garth
