Two teenagers make mischief on a lazy afternoon and get more excitement than they bargained for.
About this creation

It's a quiet, lazy Sunday afternoon at Lego Acres farm. There's Mom, weeding her garden. Dad's looking for a quiet place to read, and the boys, Billy Bob and Joey are tearing around, trying to entertain themselves.

Thump! Thump! It looks like the boys have found something to amuse themselves! Back and forth goes the outhouse. Look out, Billy Bob!

Uh-oh! Dad's on to them! "I'm gonna tan yer' hides, boys!"

Here he comes! Look out, guys!

"Get back here, ya' scoundrels!"

Dad finally trees the boys. "Yer not gonna sit down for a week after I'm done with ya'!"

"Did you boys knock down the outhouse?" "Yeah," says Joey. "Come on down, boys. It's time for yer' whippin'!"

"Hold on, now, Dad!" cries Billy Bob. "George Washington chopped down a cherry tree, but when he told the truth, his dad didn't whip him!"

"Maybe not, but George's dad wasn't in that cherry tree!"

The joke is based on a skit I heard on a Dr. Demento radio program in the early 90's. I regret to say I don't know the artist, but I think he's famous for putting sound effects into his comedy.

I created this MOC around the tractor from my MOCsong, "Weird Al Show Theme Song." Thank you to my wife for her gentle words of inspiration. When I suggested putting the tractor on as a simple MOC, she said, "What?!? That's pathetic! You have all those Legos - use them!" Thanks, sweetie.

Thank you to Nichole for taking the pictures, too. I love you forever and ever.

I would like to dedicate the country farmhouse to my mom. Mom, I know you've always wanted to live in the country. I don't think this farmhouse will help with that, but I thought of you when I made it. Happy birthday, by the way!

HAHAHA!!! That too funny! Great little story. "Maybe not, but George's dad wasn't in that cherry tree!" Love that punch line.

Funny story nicely shot. The builds are great - the house is spot on and I like the gate to the corral/horse pen/whatever it's called the boys jump over. Of course, tipping over the privy (as Gramps used to call it) with someone in it is always a riot -- unless you're the one in it!

Haha, great story. There are so many detailed scenes, I'm not sure where to start. My favorite was the house. I love that porch, and the flag. I also really like the barn, tractor, and rolls of hay. I'll have to steel some ideas from this if I ever build a farm again!

Hello. I'm TheBrickster from Eurobricks and Classic-Town.net. This is fantastic! I love your farm scenes, esp. the barn. Nice colors BTW. I think this impressive creation deserves a blog. You can find it on WWW.Classic-Town.net. Great job!

Funny! This reminds me of something in a game called Dragon Fable where you can push an outhouse down a hill. 10/10, great job.

Wes, Thanks, it was great. Mom appreciated the comments, and always thought you would be a great "creative" writer.
