A small group of civilian survivors converted an old armory into their new home. They fortified it a bit, but wanted to make it look abandoned to prevent unwanted visitors. They gather various things from nearby buildings, and eventually managed to scrap together a communications system (radio.) They hoped to attract more survivors and to join forces. They succeeded, partially. 2 smaller groups came, but they weren't friendly. The first group to arrive were two rouge government troops. The fact that they looked like government troops tricked the civilians into thinking they where friendly. The government troops ambushed the civilians, and managed to kill one before the civilians realized what was happening. During the heat of battle, another small group arrived. They where hard core terrorists. They began fighting both the civilians and the government troops, adding to the confusing.
