Imperial AT-AT walker
IMPERIAL AT-AT WALKER
About this creation

One of my favourite custom models and Original Trilogy transports. This labour of love is to scale with minifigs according to the documentaion I could find on-line and in published works. Inside there are two levels with troop seating for 40 minifigs and storage space for speeder bikes. I had a little trouble with the weight of the body crushing my earlier designed legs. Now this model is free standing and looks cool. In the picture it is standing beside the Lego AT-ST for scale comparisson.

Wow, Chris. This is great. I posted somewhere today about making my enterprise to minifig scale and decided against it since it would mean that the model would have to be 50' from Bow to Aft. Insane eh? Great Work.

Wow! I like how accurate the legs are. They're supposed to be long and thin, like so.

Never liked starwars; still know a good build when I see one. Great Job.

This is way more accurate than anything that's been released by TLG... the long, tall legs give it the same look it had in the movies. Great work!

This really brings a smile to my face. I hated how LEGO had this half-sized AT-AT, and you did properly what many LEGO Star Wars fans have wanted to do for a long time. You, sir, are made of win.

Finally an AT-AT with the right dimensions, much better than the standard Lego box. Great job!

Man, this is totally underrated! Itīs the best AT-AT Iīve ever seen: itīs in scale, itīs 100 % accurate, itīs studless and not made of huge ground plates ( like everybody uses for these things), so an awesome alternative way! You really have to post some more pics! All in all fantastic work!

there are ratchet joints in the hips and pivots in the ankles for possability. I removed the knee joints to make it stable its pretty heavy.

Man, why is nobody commenting on these awesome MOCs? This thing looks huge! If I tried to build something this scale, I know it would just fall apart. Do the joints bend, or did you have to build the legs stiff to hold up the weight?
